Wastewater Recycling and Reuse
Process wastewater with low concentration, suitable for recycling, generally has a CODcr concentration not exceeding 100 mg/L. The recycling pathways and methods for such wastewater are as follows:
(1) Cooling water is preferably treated using the process of "coagulation + filtration + membrane separation (desalination)" to achieve recycling, enhance reuse efficiency, increase concentration ratio, and reduce fresh water replenishment and wastewater discharge.
(2) Bottle-washing wastewater is preferably treated online using "coagulation + air flotation/sedimentation" or "filtration + membrane separation" processes to achieve closed-loop recycling.
(3) Raw material washing wastewater is preferably treated using a "filtration/sedimentation" process to achieve recycling or be repurposed in other production processes.
