Local agent network

With a global network of local agents, we can provide fast and attentive support at the customer's location, truly realizing "next-to-door" service. Local agents are well versed in local markets and regulations, can provide customized solutions based on actual needs, and efficiently coordinate subsequent service processes.

Professional maintenance team

Our maintenance team is composed of experienced engineers. All members have undergone systematic training and have rich experience in on-site diagnosis and maintenance. The team uses original standard processes and high-precision tools and strictly follows quality specifications to ensure that each maintenance can achieve the best results.

Global spare parts supply system

Relying on spare parts distribution centers in multiple locations and a global warehousing network, we have built an efficient and integrated spare parts supply system. From spare parts planning, procurement, warehousing, transportation to reverse logistics, all links and processes work together to ensure that key parts are delivered to the site quickly and accurately.

Comprehensive training system

We aim to improve the enthusiasm and skills of our employees and agents, and develop flexible and diverse training plans that cover all levels, including entry-level foundation, advanced capabilities, and excellence capabilities. The training model includes professional knowledge explanations, actual project visits, practical exercises, and online learning. We also continuously optimize course content through regular effect evaluation to ensure that training results are implemented and effective.

Lifelong service concept

We uphold the lifelong service concept and promise to provide customers with technical support and maintenance guarantee throughout the product life cycle. Through regular return visits, inspections and online self-service platforms, we accompany customers in long-term use and maintenance to help them maximize the value of their equipment investment.

Delivery process

Contact the regional agent to schedule an on-site visit and obtain a customer survey form

Send the agent a completed customer survey form, water quality report and specific needs.

Develop and send a plan overview, basic technical drawings, commercial quotation and 3D demonstration video.

The agent will make a return visit and, if necessary, conduct a free three-party technical exchange with the Huadian technical team and the regional agent. We can continuously improve the plan based on customer needs.

Confirm all terms and sign the contract.

Complete the detailed plan and send it within 15 natural days.

Complete equipment manufacturing and commissioning within 45 natural days and meet delivery requirements.

After the goods arrive at the site, confirm the installation time and assign technicians to carry out on-site installation, on-site commissioning, and training.

After delivery and operation for 2 months, the agent will make a return visit to obtain feedback.

Maintenance services

Maintenance services:

  1. Whole system is eligible for 1 year warranty
  2. 2 years of spare parts free maintenance and replacement
  3. Note: For repairs outside the warranty period, the cost of accessories and repair fees will be charged.

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

  1. When the user uses the system without proper maintenance or under abnormal conditions;
  2. Failure and damage caused by disassembly or repair by non-technicians of our company;
  3. The product model indicated on the warranty card or invoice is inconsistent with the actual model;
  4. The warranty card or invoice is altered without permission.
