Livestock husbandry

Basic process flow:

  • Basic process flow of Mode I
  • Basic process flow of Mode II
  • Basic process flow of Mode III

Mode I process mainly aims at energy utilization and comprehensive utilization. It is suitable for situations where there is a relatively large local energy demand, biogas can be fully utilized, and at the same time, there is sufficient land around to accommodate biogas slurry and biogas residue, and there is more than double the land rotation area, so that all the livestock and poultry excreta in the entire farm (area) can be recycled within a small area.

Manure and urine enter the anaerobic reactor together with wastewater; for those not adopting the dry manure cleaning process, the flushing water should be strictly controlled to increase the wastewater concentration and reduce the total amount of wastewater.

Mode II process is suitable for situations where the energy demand is not large, mainly aiming at harmless treatment of pollutants, reducing the concentration of organic matter, and reducing the land area required for accommodating biogas slurry and biogas residue, and there is sufficient land area around the farm to fully accommodate low-concentration biogas slurry, and there is a certain land rotation area.

Before the wastewater enters the anaerobic reactor, solid-liquid (dry-wet) separation should be carried out first, and then the solid manure residue and wastewater should be treated separately.

Before wastewater enters the anaerobic reactor, solid-liquid (dry and wet) separation should be carried out first, and then the solid manure residue and wastewater should be treated separately.
