The wastewater from the production unit of the hot rolling plant is mainly the direct cooling water drainage of rolling steel plants such as steel plates, steel pipes, section steels, and wire rods. The wastewater is suitable to be recycled after being treated by the processes shown in Figures 12, 13, and 14. A small amount of system forced blowdown water is discharged to the comprehensive sewage treatment facility. For forced blowdown water, SS≤30mg/L, oil≤5mg/L, and water temperature≤35°C.
