Mine wastewater is characterized by large volumes, complex composition, high salinity and hardness, and widely fluctuating levels of suspended solids and toxic heavy metals. Direct discharge not only poses a serious threat to groundwater and surface water environments but also exacerbates the ecological vulnerability of mining areas. According to industry research, suspended solids concentrations in some mining wastewater can reach as high as 2000 mg/L, total dissolved solids (TDS) often exceed 5000 mg/L, and sulfate and chloride concentrations can even reach thousands of mg/L.

Multi-stage membrane filtration system

Ultrafiltration (UF), reverse osmosis (RO), and nanofiltration (NF) are connected in series to ensure the progressive removal of suspended solids, salts, and recalcitrant organic matter. Efficient Recovery and Resource Utilization: Through the deep coupling of RO and NF, wastewater recovery rates can be increased to 70%–85%, significantly reducing fresh water consumption.

MVR (Meridian Vapor Recycling) technology

Final concentration and crystallization of high-salinity brine achieves salt resource recovery, completely solving the "last mile" zero-emission challenge.
